CONSULTATION: Discussing your health-related problems, concerns and potential treatment options. This is so our chiropractor can understand you better along with your conditions and expectations on how we can meet your goals through chiropractic care.
EXAMINATION: A complete examination including physical exam, orthopedic exam, neurological exam, posture analysis and range of motion testing.
X-RAY STUDIES: A full spine X-ray series is taken on your first visit depending on your specific condition. X-rays are taken to help us develop the most effective treatment plan and diagnosis.
REPORT OF FINDINGS: After reviewing all examination and X-ray findings, the chiropractor will discuss recommendations, treatment protocols and wellness programs specific to your needs. In this time, you can ask the doctor any questions or concerns based on your diagnosis or general health.
TREATMENT: Depending on your condition, your treatment can consist of full spinal adjustment, soft tissue therapy and physical therapy modalities.
WELLNESS PROGRAM: The chiropractor will suggest a wellness program to incorporate outside of treatment. Each wellness program is unique and specific to your condition and can consist of stretches, exercises, mobilizations, and ice/heat methods. The purpose of a wellness program is to help promote a healthy, active lifestyle and to achieve an outstanding spinal alignment.
